This contract is for your session fee and does not apply to any print purchases. There are no refunds for session fees of any kind. Session fees cover the time and talent of the photographer. In the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond studio control, studio liability is limited to the performing a reshoot. In the event that you are not happy with your session images, then if agreed upon with the photographer, a reshoot may occur. If no reshoot is agreed upon, the session fee is still applicable to the initial session and no refund or credit will be given. All print purchases are made separate from this purchase. You agree to give the photographer artistic license to capture your images. The final photograph selection will be at the discretion of the photographer. The photographer and studio will take the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of photographic products and services ordered. The photographer/studio also reserves the right to use negatives, digital captures and/or reproductions for purposes of display, exhibitions, contests and other purposes. Unless otherwise specifically stated herein, negatives, digital negatives and proofs remain the property of the studio, and the studio has exclusive rights to make additional reproductions from them for the client.
Notice of Copyright: The studio owns all copyrights to commissioned images. Upon commercial sessions, the studio will provide permission for client to use their digital images for personal reproduction and without financial gain. The purchase of digital images authorizes you to make prints and reproductions for personal usage; unless this is a commercial session where the Company is then authorized.
Once the studio has posted images on social media they may be tagged and shared by client. It is breach of this contract to crop or alter image in any way.
We respectfully prohibit the use of all cameras, including cell phones during your session.
Studio is not held responsible for behavior of parties involved with the shoot, with the exception of studio personnel. If the desired outcome of your session is jeopardized by the behaviors of parties involved with the exception of studio personnel, studio cannot be held responsible.
The client is responsible for their own safety and actions while at the location of the portrait session. Photographer/Studio is not responsible for any liability, accidents, illnesses, damage or loss to person or property that may result from the photography session itself or anything related to the photography session.
Once your proofs are available for viewing a Viewing Session must be scheduled within a month. All images not ordered with in 3 months will be archived. An archive fee of $50 will be required to order after the 3 months.
There is a $35 fee for any returned checks. In the event of a previous returned check by client, studio reserves the right to refuse payment of checks in the future, in which case cash, money order, cashier’s check, and debit/credit will be accepted.
